Job summary

RedBuilt LLC in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to coordinate purchase orders and material flow for internal manufacturing and customer needs. You will work with the Microsoft Platform and NetSuite ERP to monitor inventory and ordering, ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus.
2+ years in manufacturing, supply chain procurement or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review reports to order materials for just-in-time purchasing.
Create and manage purchase orders and vendor communications.
Monitor open orders and follow up with vendors as required.
Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, and accounts payable to ensure proper procedures.
Support team and provide coverage as needed.
