Job summary

RedBuilt LLC is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to coordinate and monitor purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory needs for both customer orders and internal manufacturing. You will use NetSuite ERP and the Microsoft platform to ensure timely material deliveries.

Ideal candidates bring attention to detail, strong communication, and 2+ years in manufacturing or supply chain roles. The position emphasizes teamwork within a small supply chain group and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• 2+ years in manufacturing, supply chain procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze reports to order materials for just-in-time purchasing.
• Create purchase orders, communicate with vendors, and maintain records.
• Monitor open orders and follow up with vendors.
• Manage dates, communication and receival needs for deliveries.
• Proactively communicate supply chain issues and participate in solutions.
• Work with scheduling and logistics to ensure correct orders are placed.
• Coordinate with plant receiving, accounts payable, and others to ensure proper procedures.
• Provide coverage for team members when needed.
