Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Consultant II to provide strategic management of active supply chains within a regional territory. You will support new implementations and manage a portfolio of MSP programs, serving as a subject matter expert to drive high performance and compliance across projects.

You will mentor team members, lead SCM work streams, and collaborate with clients to align roadmaps with program goals while focusing on optimization, inclusion, and market trends.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 3+ years business experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting).
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.
• Experience with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and lead Supply Chain Management projects/initiatives (e.g. supplier surveys, optimizations, RFPs, supplier sourcing).
• Analyze supplier data and provide quarterly optimization summaries and recommendations to clients.
• Follow up on recommendations post-implementation and provide impact analysis to program office and client.
• Publish impact analysis results via blog/ccase studies/white papers with senior support as needed.
• Create annual roadmaps for each client aligning supply chain strategy with program goals including optimization and current market trends.
• Attend quarterly supplier performance review sessions with program office.
• Document and manage supplier performance improvement plans.
• Serve as primary contact for mentoring the supply chain and for suppliers joining a program.
• Source new suppliers to support program gaps.
• Organize and host supplier forums and focus groups.
• Establish trust and partnership among supplier community.
• Maintain supplier and customer relationships.
• Participate in client kickoff during implementation and lead SCM workstream discussions.
• Conduct SCM discovery with client to understand current state.
• Summarize SCM findings and share with team.
