Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is hiring a Procurement Specialist II to deliver operational support for procurement programs, enabling clients with spend visibility and insight into services. You will triage requirements, help shape SOWs, and coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement/procurement-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data competency and spend analysis abilities.
• Ability to derive data stories from structured data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of procurement concepts and basic negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to procurement program teams and drive value through visibility of services spend.
• Triage incoming requirements to determine engagement type.
• Assist in establishing or extending SOWs and associated resource assignments.
• Coordinate with suppliers for information including price and delivery schedules.
• Manage client support activities including quality review of service providers and timekeeping.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and within AGS.
• Ensure projects close in the system and notify security for end of engagement.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs to gather supplier qualification data.
