Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist I to support procurement program teams and drive value for clients. You will handle requirements triage, support SOWs and resource assignments, and gather supplier data to improve visibility into spend.

The role requires 1–3 years of procurement experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and VMS tools. North America locations welcome, with open client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of procurement process experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
• Experience in high-volume coordination activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to procurement program teams to drive value.
• Triage incoming requirements to determine engagement type.
• Assist client with establishing or extending SOWs and resource assignments.
• Confer with suppliers to gather price, delivery schedules and terms.
• Maintain client reports and performance dashboards and ensure SLA alignment.
• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives and coordinate actions.
