Job summary
TaylorMade Golf in Carlsbad, California, seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics & S&OP to lead data-driven planning across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. This role translates complex data into actionable insights that drive alignment and continuous improvement in the S&OP cycle.
You will build and oversee dashboards, mentor a analytics team, and partner with ERP and BI tools to support peak planning cycles, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve improvements while aligning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand/supply planning, or financial planning & analysis.
- 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
- APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification a plus.
- Golf industry knowledge/experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the North America S&OP process with analytics and review materials.
- Develop scenario and trade-off analyses for executive reviews.
- Identify root causes of forecast bias and planning misalignment.
- Lead and develop a small analytics team.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Domo, Excel, ERP data).
