Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Senior Planning and Operations Manager in California to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory. You will manage demand forecasts, open-to-buy, and inventory strategy to support GTM launches and maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, seasonal, and monthly demand and open-to-buy plan models.
• Align merchandise plans, OTB budgets, and supply/demand plans.
• Lead demand and supply planning to deliver forecasts.
• Manage KPI reporting including revenue plans and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Service, Order Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain cross-functionally.
