Job summary

TaylorMade Golf, a global leader in golf equipment, is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics & S&OP to drive analytics across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations in North America.

You will lead a team delivering dashboards and analyses using Oracle, SAP, Domo, Tableau and Power BI, enabling clear, executable insights for monthly S&OP cycles and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
7+ years experience in supply chain analytics or planning.
2-3+ years of people leadership experience.
APICS/CPIM, CSCP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP analytics and process improvements.
Develop dashboards and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
Mentor team and manage priorities during peak cycles.
Ensure data quality and validation across planning systems.
