Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Senior Planning and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory, ensuring the right product is available at the right time to maximize sales and profitability.

You will manage demand forecasts, open-to-buy, and inventory strategies, partnering with Merchandising, Sales, Service, and Supply Chain. This role drives KPI performance and regional allocation, with a focus on accurate forecasting and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or Business Economics.
• 7+ years of professional experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, seasonal and monthly demand and open-to-buy plan models aligned with revenue plans and DIO strategies.
• Ensure OTB budgets align with merchandise plans, inventory targets and sales forecasts.
• Manage the OTB process and purchasing plans to meet financial targets and inventory turns.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising to monitor performance and adjust budgets by region and channel.
• Provide regular OTB reporting and allocation recommendations to support weeks of supply and capsule strategies.
• Forecast demand using historical data, sell-through and market trends; manage inventory from launch to clearance.
• Lead monthly demand reviews, S&OP processes, and cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Develop regional inventory allocation strategies and replenishment plans for core styles and capsules.
