Job summary

Taylormade is seeking a Senior Planning and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory. You will drive OTB, manage capacity, and align GTM launches with regional channels.

You will partner with Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize inventory, forecast accuracy, and profitability while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, seasonal, and monthly demand and open-to-buy plan models.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans and capacity plans.
• Lead pre-season and in-season planning reviews for merchandise, demand, and supply.
• Manage inventory allocation strategies across regions and channels.
• Oversee KPIs for revenue plans, order fill rate, and on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional improvements with Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
