Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Senior Planning and Operations Manager to lead demand, supply, and inventory planning across regions and channels to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time and maximize sales and profitability.

The role partners with Merchandising, Sales, Service, Order Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain, driving GTM launch alignment, inventory strategies, and forecast accuracy through pre-season and in-season processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or Business Economics, or related work experience in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of professional experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to interact with all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build annual, seasonal, and monthly demand and open-to-buy plan models in alignment with sales channel revenue plans and DIO strategies.
• Ensure alignment between merchandise plans, OTB budgets, and supply/demand plans to drive a cohesive end-to-end planning process.
• Manage the OTB process, ensuring purchasing plans align with financial targets, inventory turn goals, and sales forecasts.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Merchandising to build, monitor performance, and adjust OTB budgets by region, sales channel, and category.
• Provide regular OTB reporting and allocation of OTB dollars to support week of supply and capsule strategies.
• Analyze historical and sell-through data to forecast demand and support inventory strategies.
• Manage monthly consensus, open-to-buy, and trade working capital deliverables.
• Manage monthly PO buy quantities and style/size analysis for initial and replenishment orders.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans and coordinate with Supply Chain to plan capacity.
• Balance supply constraints against demand, escalating and resolving gaps.
• Review weekly/monthly production calendars to align ship mode options with demand.
• Develop and implement regional inventory allocation strategies and manage replenishment for core styles and capsules.
• Lead pre-season and in-season merchandise planning reviews and sell-through meetings.
• Establish KPIs for revenue plans, order fill rate, and on-time delivery.
