Qualifications

• Experience across inventory management, supply chain, stock control, replenishment, or stock accounting.
• Experience in Amazon, e-commerce, DTC, retail, or consumer products.
• Knowledge of Amazon inventory/FBA environments.
• Experience performing stock reconciliations and investigating variances.
• Understanding stock movements, transfers, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Own stock and inventory reconciliations across systems, warehouses, and sales channels.
• Reconcile physical and system stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile Amazon inventory and stock movements against internal records.
• Review Amazon ledger reports, stock adjustments, and movement reports for errors.
• Investigate variances and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Track stock movements between warehouses during transfers.
