Swagelok Minnesota is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and development of the supply chain across the business. You will oversee people, processes, systems, and partnerships to ensure product availability and reliable order fulfillment.

The role focuses on inventory effectiveness, service levels, and scalable support for growth, with leadership responsibility for a team and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical and ERP expertise are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement.
• 2+ years of leadership or people-management experience.
• Experience improving supply-chain processes via analytics, systems, or CI.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes the Supply Chain strategy aligned with growth and objectives.
• Establishes and manages supply chain KPIs, scorecards, and rhythms.
• Sets inventory policies, stocking strategies, and service levels.
• Manages shortages, backorders, and disruptions proactively.
• Uses data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
• Leads and develops supply chain staff while ensuring accountability.
