Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Analyst to identify and execute high-impact cross‑functional projects within the supply chain. You will develop hypotheses, assemble data and structure business cases for leadership review.

As a member of the team you will lead analyses, create concise presentations, quantify scope for capacity and logistics, and collaborate across functions to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical or equivalent discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, strategy or related field.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to tell a story and build partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads supply chain analyses to support strategic decision making.
• Summarizes analysis conclusions and project progress into concise leadership materials.
• Creates formal business case materials for Supply Chain projects.
• Gathers, organizes and interprets data from various sources and databases.
• Assists in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics and planning.
• Develops and leverages deep technical/product knowledge to inform decisions.
• Collaborates with team members across the organization to gather input from stakeholders.
• Delivers value by driving analyses to meaningful conclusions.
