You will manage a team, develop long-term plans for the product portfolio, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Category Management to prioritize initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership in analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable business cases to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, or other analytical discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy.
• Strong financial modeling and strategic problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses and synthesize insights to inform strategic decisions across the organization.
• Develop long-term strategy for Interstate's product portfolio and go-to-market plans.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage cross-functional projects with high visibility.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Category Management to drive growth.
