Job summary

Eversource is seeking an Account Executive for Supplier Services to manage GS/ES accounts in Massachusetts, overseeing enrollment, training, and contract negotiations.

You will coordinate resources across meter engineering, field operations, and IT, drive supplier performance, and identify profitable opportunities while supporting Retail Access initiatives. Hybrid work is available with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) plus years of related experience in account or relationship management.
• Ability to develop and manage business relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with OMNI and SAP highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution of company resources to deliver services for MA accounts.
• Monitor revenues and costs associated with supplier services.
• Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers ensuring enrollment requirements.
• Lead the troubleshooting process for supplier issues and escalated complaints.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular meetings with supplier representatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings.
