Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Supplier Quality and Development Manager for the Richland, MI area. You will lead supplier quality efforts across the Pneumatic Division, develop quality plans, and drive improvement initiatives.

The role interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline, 7+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field required/preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain, quality, engineering or related functions.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required.
• ISO 9001 knowledge mandatory; automotive ISO/TS16949 as applicable.
• ASQ CQE/CSSBB/CQM/OE certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA and quality tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management and communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Disposition and implement corrective action for non-conformance.
• Drive supplier improvement initiatives and supplier reviews.
• Partner with Supply Chain to support deliveries.
• Provide guidance for critical supplier delivery issues.
• Maintain a Supplier Quality System across three PDN facilities.
• Audit Supplier Quality System and participate in internal audits.
• Define and verify quality planning at all levels and drive continuous improvement.
