Job summary

You will drive quality planning, execution, and continuous improvement across all functions and interfaces with customers. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining supplier quality programs, audits, and corrective actions, using automated systems to monitor quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field with 8+ years in quality/operations.
• Certification or professional designation (e.g., APICS) may be required or preferred.
• 4+ years leading manufacturing operations with advanced planning and team skills.
• Proven teamwork and change leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define quality requirements and coordinate TQM across units.
• Audit and improve quality systems to meet ISO9000 and customer needs.
• Provide leadership to achieve facility quality objectives and support customers.
• Manage supplier quality audits and corrective actions.
• Use automated systems to plan, implement, and track quality processes.
• Maintain high customer service, throughput, quality, and productivity.
