Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in supplier quality, preferably aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven leadership with high-performance teams.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor supplier quality engineers, leaders and specialists.
• Disposition and implement corrective actions for non-conformance.
• Drive supplier improvement initiatives and audit supplier quality systems.
• Coordinate with supply chain to support deliveries and compliance.
