Elsevier is seeking a Supplier Management Specialist to drive strategic supplier performance, contracts, and partnerships across the Print Supply Chain Management function in the US. The role focuses on improving quality, service, cost, and operational outcomes through data-driven management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor SLAs, support supplier evaluations, and collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Operations to strengthen end-to-end resilience and governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier performance with scorecards, KPIs, and reviews.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle, pricing, and service commitments.
• Support tender activities, RFPs, and supplier due diligence.
• Track spend, volumes, and cost trends; verify pricing and savings.
• Assess risks and support continuity plans and incident reviews.
• Ensure supplier governance and compliance with policies.
• Maintain dashboards, analyze data, and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
