Job summary

RTX is seeking a delivery assurance professional to optimize supplier on-time delivery and operational effectiveness. The role combines remote work with extensive travel to supplier sites within the San Diego County, CA area or Mexico, requiring frequent onsite collaboration and cross-functional leadership to meet program goals.

You will identify bottlenecks, drive improvement plans, and work with CORE systems while leveraging SAP and Qlik/Power BI to monitor performance and risk.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in delivery assurance, supply chain, or related field; or an advanced degree with 2 years.
• Reside in the San Diego County, CA or Mexico area.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks to improve supplier on-time delivery.
• Develop and drive improvement plans for operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and interact with multiple departments.
• Understand products and supplier processes to remove barriers.
• Travel up to 80% within San Diego County, CA or Mexico; onsite at suppliers 80% of the time.
