Job summary

RTX is seeking a delivery assurance professional for a Los Angeles area role, supporting supplier performance and on‑time delivery. You will lead projects, collect LI data, and collaborate across departments while traveling up to 80% to supplier sites.

The role requires a college degree, 5 years’ relevant experience, US citizenship, and proficiency with SAP and Qlik/Power BI. Expect a dynamic, results‑driven environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience.
• Reside in the Los Angeles, CA area.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottleneck/capacity constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans for on‑time delivery from suppliers.
• Acquire vision of the big picture and improve operational effectiveness to boost business performance.
• Drive for results with extraordinary determination and interpersonal skills to satisfy customer needs.
• Develop strong understanding of products and processes at supplier sites.
• Generate opportunities to remove barriers to on‑time delivery and business goals.
• Actively participate in Commodity Days, EMMs, and SEMO, co‑leading with customers and Supplier Development Leaders.
• Travel up to 80% within Los Angeles, CA area and work on‑site at suppliers 80% of time, 20% from home.
