Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote-based Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Lead for the Greater Tampa Bay, FL area. The role requires frequent travel (up to 80%) to suppliers and on-site presence with partners to improve on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

• A College Degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in delivery assurance, supply chain, or related work.
• Proficiency in SAP and Qlik/Power BI is required.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks to develop plans for improved on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Drive for results and lead improvement projects with internal teams.
• Lead data collection on RM availability, WIP, and supplier performance; collaborate across functions.
