Job summary

RTX is seeking a delivery assurance professional to optimize supplier performance and on-time delivery. The role is remote, based in the San Diego County area or Mexico, with frequent travel to supplier sites. You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, use SAP and BI tools, and drive strategic initiatives to boost operational effectiveness.

Candidates should have a college degree with 5+ years in delivery assurance or supply chain, or an advanced degree with 2+ years. U.S.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years.
• Reside in the San Diego County, CA, or Mexico Area.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottleneck/capacity constraints to improve on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Develop understanding of products and supplier processes for delivery improvements.
• Lead improvement projects and manage timelines; gather feedback for new initiatives.
• Travel up to 80% within San Diego County, CA, or Mexico; 20% remote from home office.
