The candidate will manage data-driven projects, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery while navigating a dynamic, global supplier network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in delivery assurance or supply chain.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the San Diego County, CA, or Mexico area.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints to improve on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Drive operational improvements and project management to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with supplier development leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead data collection and tracking of RM availability, WIP, quality closures, and sub-tier performance.
• Travel up to 80% and work on-site with suppliers as needed.
