Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a Supplier Manager for Data Center Infrastructure in Houston, TX. The role focuses on building and managing strategic supplier relationships to support rapid growth in data center solutions, with emphasis on quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management to drive supplier development, mitigate risks, and ensure a resilient supply base for modular, scalable data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Supplier Development.
• Experience with suppliers in industrial manufacturing, data center infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of supplier management processes and risk management.
• Experience leading supplier performance reviews and driving improvements.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier relationships for fabricated components, electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and integrated assemblies supporting Data Center Infrastructure products.
• Establish supplier performance objectives related to quality, delivery, lead time, capacity, cost, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Lead supplier business reviews and align on future business requirements.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams.
