Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain, or 4 years leadership in supply chain.
• Commitment to driving positive change across the supply chain.
• Strong problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience leading teams; ERP/SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute and own the purchasing plan for purchased items in accordance with the assigned purchasing groups.
• Participate in planning reviews and align supply with planning and production teams.
• Enforce and monitor purchasing procedures.
• Set action plans for reducing lead time and cost.
• Review open purchase orders through payment clearing.
• Review material master settings for buy items.
• Control non-BOM POs to ensure proper approvals and track spend.
• Report PO statistics to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Identify factors with unfavorable financial impact and coordinate actions.
• Participate in regular financial and inventory reviews.
• Ensure adherence to approved supplier agreements.
• Support Finance and Logistics in resolving discrepancies.
• Implement continuous improvement within Supply Chain.
• Deliver a top performing workforce.
• Reduce wasted time, money and resources.
• Comply with Schlumberger and local procedures.
• All other duties as directed by the manager.
