Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Supplier Development.
• Experience with suppliers in industrial manufacturing, data center infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of supplier management processes, performance measurement, and risk management.
• Experience leading supplier performance reviews and driving measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier relationships for components and systems supporting Data Center Infrastructure products.
• Establish supplier performance objectives related to quality, delivery, lead time, capacity, cost competitiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and monitor supplier performance against KPIs.
• Lead regular supplier business reviews to evaluate performance and align on future requirements.
• Partner with Sourcing teams to support supplier selection, onboarding, qualification, and performance management.
