Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated professional to support quarterly supplier management reviews, analyze data, and prepare slide decks for leadership.

You will help with supplier scorecards, distributions, and coordination across MSP customers. In this role you’ll assist with supplier onboarding, compliance discussions, and reporting requests while maintaining the Pinnacle Supplier Portal and ensuring accurate vendor data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; Business Analytics preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools a plus (Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for quarterly supplier management reviews (analysis and slide decks).
• Support supplier scorecard meetings and prepare materials (performance analysis, messaging, scheduling, PDFs).
• Review requisition distribution and align to program goals.
• Support supplier scorecard access and rollout to MSP customers.
