Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support supplier management activities and data analysis. You will help prepare materials for quarterly reviews, maintain supplier scorecards, and assist with onboarding and audits while ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Ideal candidates have a business-focused degree and 0-2 years of experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline (Business Analytics preferred).
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for quarterly supplier management reviews with program & client leadership.
• Support supplier scorecard meetings and prepare materials (performance analysis, messaging, meeting scheduling, PDFs).
• Review requisition distribution and optimize distribution lists to align with program goals.
• Support supplier scorecard access and rollout to MSP customers.
• Assist internal & client supplier summits and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Support compliance audits and discussions with suppliers.
• Track action items from supplier meetings and follow up.
• Maintain Pinnacle Supplier Portal for diversity statuses and POC data.
