Job summary

PIM Brands seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Headquarters in Park Ridge, NJ. You will provide data-driven insights, procurement analytics, and operational reporting to support Procurement and Supply Chain Planning functions while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Lead dashboards, KPI scorecards, and inventory health reporting to enhance procurement efficiency and vendor performance. This on-site role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management (CPG, food, or beverage preferred).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• BI tools experience with Power BI and Tableau preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with copacker/vendor management in food, beverage, or CPG industries preferred.
• Exposure to capacity planning or production scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP outputs to ensure accurate purchase orders and timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to determine procurement requirements and issue purchase orders.
• Develop dashboards and reports for procurement KPIs, inventory health, and vendor performance.
• Manage co packer relationships and monitor vendor performance; suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, and suppliers to resolve material constraints and expedite deliveries.
