Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Analyst to own and manage a core group of strategic suppliers, oversee purchasing, and drive supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, pricing, and master data integrity).

This critical role will help achieve business growth, drive strategic supply chain strategies, and efficiently manage key performance indicators across supplier relations and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related business field is required.
• APICS or other forecasting certification a plus.
• 2 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert supplier requisitions and process purchase orders, expediting POs and managing past due orders.
• Acquire accurate PO and master data information from suppliers and update system records.
• Manage RFQs for current product lines and special requests from internal departments.
