Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; Business Analytics preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Interest in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Familiarity with relational databases and basic reports/dashboards in Tableau is a plus.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly supplier management review analysis and slide decks for program and client leadership.
• Prepare materials for supplier scorecard meetings including performance analysis, messaging and PDFs.
• Review requisition distribution and optimize alignment to program goals.
• Support supplier scorecard access and rollout to MSP customers.
• Assist internal and client supplier summits and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Support compliance audits and discussions with suppliers.
• Track and follow-up on action items from supplier meetings.
• Gather information from stakeholders to understand problems and propose remediation.
• Communicate effectively with audience and provide outstanding customer service to suppliers and clients.
