Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to lead the subcontract life-cycle, including NDAs, TAs, and proposals. You will ensure compliance with government regulations, manage pricing analyses, and coordinate with senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of subcontracts experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong leadership. Location is hybrid at Falls Church, VA or Tampa, FL; US Persons required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of subcontracts administration experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of subcontracts administration experience.
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
• Role requirements: Previous leadership experience.
• Must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication and multi-project coordination skills.
• Ability to operate and negotiate independently.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in subcontract proposal requirements and processes.
• Lead management of NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related agreements.
• Participate in capture processes including pricing, scheduling, and color-team reviews.
• Ensure compliance across proposals and sector programs; deliver procurement training if needed.
• Monitor subcontract activity for fraud or misrepresentation and report findings.
• Advise on terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of subcontract documents.
• Prepare status reports and brief senior leadership on issues.
• Forecast and manage the subcontracts pipeline and opportunities.
