Responsibilities

• Develops and administers subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk.
• Administers subcontracts through pre-award planning, subcontract award, post-award administration, and closeout.
• Documents all actions in accordance with FAR and company policy.
• Supports new business activities including NDA, TA, solicitations, pricing negotiations, and proposals.
