Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator to support proposal activities and administer a portfolio of subcontracts under IDIQ, Cost-Plus and Fixed Price Prime Contracts in accordance with procurement policies.

The Subcontract Administrator will be a strategic partner to program stakeholders, support change initiatives, and continually enhance the procurement function while handling related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Subcontract Administration experience within a government contracting environment.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Highly organized, action- and task-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels with strong follow-up.
• Understanding of government rules, small business regulations, and CPSR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation and pricing discussions with multiple departments.
• Support proposals for new business capture and task orders on Cost-Plus IDIQs.
• Ensure subcontract documents comply with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals and document findings.
• Coordinate flow-down of terms and technical specifications across subcontracts.
• Perform price/cost analysis and document negotiations.
• Negotiate and execute subcontracts including foreign subcontractors.
• Maintain follow-up status with subcontractors and proposal teams.
