Qualifications

• 8+ years in USG contracts administration/management.
• 1-2 examples of complex contract work may be required.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years leading a contracts team.
• 5+ years managing a portfolio with $400M+ annual sales.
• FAR/DFAR and government accounting knowledge required.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contracts SME for the MS line of business.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Provide contract management guidance across a portfolio of programs with varying complexity.
• Train and develop direct staff.
• Review awards/modifications for accuracy and negotiate with Government agencies or primes.
• Coordinate with Program Operations, Finance, and Government agencies to resolve issues.
• Interface with legal to review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other documents.
• Support client engagement and business development activities.
• Monitor schedule, changes, claims, and enforce contract terms; manage multiple priorities.
