Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an experienced Subcontract Administrator to support proposal activities and administer subcontracts under IDIQ, Cost-Plus, and Fixed Price Prime contracts in accordance with procurement policies. The role partners with program stakeholders, supports change initiatives, and helps continually enhance the procurement function while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements.

Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Subcontract Administration experience in a government contracting & CPSR environment.
• Ability to evaluate proposals against SOW/PWS with knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Highly organized, action and task-oriented in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must engage with stakeholders at all levels with follow-up.
• Understanding of government rules, small business regulations, and CPSR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation and pricing activities with multiple departments to submit compliant bids.
• Support proposals for new business capture and task orders on Cost-Plus IDIQs.
• Draft subcontracts in full compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals and document findings.
• Ensure proper flow-down of terms and technical specs across subcontracts.
• Perform price and cost analysis on subcontracts/proposals and document negotiations.
• Track subcontractor invoices and maintain related reports.
• Develop and maintain reports for subcontracting activities and perform routine due diligence.
