Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Principal Subcontract Administrator to support the Subcontracts team across the DC, Virginia, and Maryland markets. You will lead negotiations, perform cost/price analysis, and ensure compliance with government contracting regulations.

Role requires extensive procurement experience, strong leadership in RFP processes, and the ability to manage complex subcontracts (FFP, CPFF, T&M). US citizenship is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement/subcontracting experience.
• Experience leading RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR, CPSR and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization as the primary subcontract administrator on assigned subcontracts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts including NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Prepare source lists of qualified subcontractors and coordinate with project management and clients.
• Develop bid packages, verify data, and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Perform cost and price analysis of bids and proposals.
• Administer subcontracts of various types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Support negotiations for additions, deletions or modifications to subcontracts.
• Ensure CPSR compliance and proper file documentation.
• Provide leadership and training to staff on subcontract matters.
