Job summary

You will oversee subcontractor work across contracts, develop strategic sourcing plans, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance.

• Proven Subcontract / Program Management skills.
• Well organized, excellent communicator and team builder.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize with multiple internal customers.
• Experience with EVM.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives.
• Drive strategic initiatives for efficiency within the Global Supply Chain.
• Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
• Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.
