You will oversee supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract execution across DoD, commercial, and international programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail and teamwork oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Demonstrated problem solving and business judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for subcontracts.
• Manage procurement processes and contract execution across programs.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and authorize procurement delegation.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activities.
