Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Subcontract Management Senior, Staff to oversee supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.

The role leads multidisciplinary teams, develops subcontract specs, and negotiates terms within delegated authority. An active Secret clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Extensive background with subcontract management of cost, quality, schedule and technical program performance.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense DFAR.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry, driving results in a metric-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate provisions.
