Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract terms.
• Administer awarded subcontracts, manage changes, and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
