Job summary

Garver is seeking a Contract Procurement Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma to lead contract procurement activities and supervise staff. You will review prime agreements, draft and negotiate subcontracts and master service agreements, and ensure flow-down terms are correctly integrated.

The role includes advising project managers and maintaining procurement documentation. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience, with travel up to 10% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least three years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of contracts and procurement fundamentals, including risk awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract procurement staff in daily tasks.
• Review prime agreements and ensure proper flow-down to subcontracts.
• Draft, review, and revise subcontracts and master service agreements.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of contract deliverables.
• Advise Project Managers on subcontracting requirements and processes.
• Negotiate subcontract terms to align with prime agreements.
• Maintain status reports and support ad hoc procurement projects.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
