You will draft, review, negotiate subcontracts, MSAs, amendments, and work orders, align terms with prime contracts, and maintain policy compliance and timely deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement fundamentals, and risk awareness.
• Ability to handle confidential information with prudent judgment.
• Strong communication and negotiation with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and assist procurement staff.
• Review prime agreements and ensure flow-down into subcontracts.
• Draft, review, and revise subcontracts, MSAs, amendments, and work orders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of contract deliverables.
• Advise Project Managers on subcontracting requirements.
• Maintain status reports for internal reporting.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
