Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least three years of relevant contract procurement experience.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement fundamentals and risk awareness.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across many documents.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply prudent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Garver's contract procurement staff.
• Review prime agreements and ensure proper flow-down into subcontracts.
• Draft, review, and revise subcontracts, MSAs, amendments, and work orders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of contract deliverables.
• Advise Project Managers on subcontracting requirements and processes.
• Summarize contract requirements and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Support Commercial Counsel in compliance checks.
• Provide training and support for procurement staff.
• Negotiate subcontract terms to align with prime agreements and policies.
• Assist with document preparation for subconsultant agreements while respecting project schedules.
• Maintain status reports for internal reporting.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
