The role supports Project Managers and aligns procurement with Garver's policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong confidentiality and judgement in handling sensitive information.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and documents with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract procurement and staff, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Review prime agreements for risk terms and flow-down into subcontracts.
• Draft, review, and revise subcontracts and master service agreements.
• Advise Project Managers on subcontract requirements and procurement processes.
• Maintain status reports and support procurement-related projects.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
