Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a large university program, including staff supervision
• Plan and develop procedures for transition- and retention-focused initiatives for first-year students
• Collaborate with campus partners to design strategic initiatives that promote engagement, belonging, and retention
• Monitor participation and student outcomes and maintain program records
• Analyze program data and prepare reports and recommendations
• Manage fiscal activities, including procurement and budget analysis
• Serve as a liaison among campus stakeholders to support students from matriculation through graduation
