Job summary
Henkel, a global leader in adhesives, sealants and coatings, is seeking a Consulting Engineer to drive business development for its Tyfo reinforcing solutions. You will lead technical presentations, manage accounts, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative strengthening and repair offerings.
This role requires a Civil/Structural background, 3+ years in consulting engineering, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- PE accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
- 3+ years as a Consulting Engineer in a structural engineering environment.
- Willingness to learn to sell and serve clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads with technical presentations to structural engineering firms.
- Manage business development; define and execute sales strategies to meet plans.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to develop strengthening and repair solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts (engineers, contractors, applicators).
- Utilize CRM (SalesForce) for forecasting and resource allocation.
