Job summary

Factory Direct Enterprises LLC d/b/a Ashley (FDE) is seeking a Store Planner to create a high-performing merchandise assortment tied to location needs. You will partner with the Merchandising Manager to develop bi-yearly category allocations and drive updates to achieve KPIs.

The role requires 40 hours weekly with travel to retail locations, and a focus on maximizing sales, revenue, and on-brand presentation within Ashley's leading home furnishings platform.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or merchandising is required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in Category/Brand Management, Merchandising, or Buying роли.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft assortments meeting location-specific targets and optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with merchandising leadership to set category plans by location.
• Monitor territory performance and perform weekly assortment updates.
• Determine floor presentation and discuss changes with store teams.
• Write purchase orders or transfers and coordinate with VM teams.
• Travel weekly/biweekly to retail store locations as required.
